C. Sludge direction-adjustment baffle

Taiwan Patent No. 126352 - After sludge conditioning with polymer flocculants, a large amount of surface free water is removed by screening, raising S.S. (suspended solids) concentration to 4–9%.
- The drum-screened sludge structure remains stable without overflow, thus reducing the water load on the filter belt, increasing throughput, and lowering cake moisture content.
The new high-pressure reciprocating wash system (optional) saves 55–72% water compared to traditional fixed high-pressure washing systems.
