Single-Screw Dehydration Principle for High-Fiber, High-Ash Residue in Industrial Processes:
- The single-screw press utilizes the principles of screw conveyance and compression. By gradually increasing pressure, the water in the material is forced through a metal screen, achieving dehydration.
- Low-Pressure Zone:
The first section is the low-pressure zone, where free water within the material is discharged. - Medium-Pressure Zone:
The second section is the medium-pressure zone, where the material undergoes pre-compression into a cake-like form. - High-Pressure Zone:
The third section is the high-pressure zone, where the material is pressed and compressed further to reduce its moisture content.
