Wash Water and Filtered Water Recycling and Reuse System (Optional Accessory):
- After filtration, the water can achieve recycling and reuse by adding a suitable amount of clean water as needed.
- This system effectively reduces the costs associated with the re-treatment of return water.
- It thoroughly addresses the high water consumption issue previously caused by cleaning filter belts in belt filter presses.
Raised Fiber Filter Belt (Optional Accessory)
- The coarse mesh base fabric features a high open area, providing excellent water permeability.
- The high friction of the raised fibers effectively blocks sludge, gathers it, and prevents side leakage.
- This accessory delivers outstanding dewatering performance for challenging sludge types, including oily sludge, sticky sludge, and activated sludge.
Remarks：
- TB-2000 & TB3 full range of models are not equipped with the total drain pan under the filtrate.
- TB3 full range of models with static mixing tube is standard.
- The amount of treatment, absolute dryness, and moisture content of sludge cake (about 65 ~ 85%) all depend on the type, concentration and characteristics of sludge.
- The specifications are accepted outside the specification, and the company reserves the right to design changes.

- The washing pump (optional) needs to provide the best water pressure between 4.5~6.5kg/cm².
